All calculations, ratios, timeframes, and dietary planning logs are provided strictly for general culinary and nutritional education. We do not provide professional medical advice, veterinary guidelines, or clinical weight therapies. All tools are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

We are not responsible for any adverse health effects, kitchen costing losses, food spoilage, undercooked meat issues, or culinary errors arising from the use of our calculators. You execute all recipes, brining ratios, and macro programs at your own risk.
